Organisations are found be lacking in at least one of three key areas: Image; traffic generation and; functionality.

The reason organisations commission a website design.

Web design is not branding but a vessel for the brand image. Image is important, but should not impede website objectives as it often does.

Lead generation

Many websites don't 'work' with Google.

This is easily fixed. However to have the design 'work well' is an iterative process known as search engine optimisation.

Functional web design

When visitors cannot perform tasks.

Visual design can be prioritised over functional or usable design, to an organisation's cost. Make sure your visitors can do what you want them to.
