Here are a number of ways that that trust can be lost:

Not presenting the right image

If your page is not accessible and 404s (is not found), or if not enough attention has been paid the visual design.

An inability to find

Users are impatient on the web. Ensure the information on your site is architected well and has a low barrier to entry.

An inability to do

The interactive elements should not stray from the conventions of the web unless for a very good reason.
